Why do you need to know my info?
If you’re already a member of Czech Floorball, you only need to sign up using your FIS credentials which we already know, so you don’t need to fill them in again. If you’re not a member yet, we need to know your basic info to create your account which will store all your preferences, and we’ll know how to get in touch with you. Your personal info is protected by the newest GDPR standards. Thanks to FLORBAL ID, you’ll gain priority access to some information, and exclusive ticket and merch deals.

Can I sign up if I’m under the age of 13?
Yes, users under the age of 13 can sign up too. However, you need permission from your legal representative who will receive an e-mail informing them of your request to sign up for FLORBAL ID. After a simple confirmation, you’ll be able to enjoy all the features and benefits of unified login.

Can I use the website and app without signing up?
Yes, you can view our floorball content without signing up. Signing up for FLORBAL ID allows you to personalize both platforms. By selecting your favorite team, you’ll be eligible to receive notifications about upcoming games and your favorite players. This is also very useful for family members as you can stay up to date with how your kids or other family members are doing.

How much does it cost?
Nothing, it’s free. We believe FLORBAL ID will be of value to you thanks to the many aforementioned benefits.

What can I access with FLORBAL ID?
Currently, you can use FLORBAL ID credentials to log into Floorball Information System (FIS) – if you’re already a member – new Czech Floorball mobile app, and Czech Floorball website. In the upcoming months, we’re planning to also integrate ceskyflorbal.tv video platform and ticketing allowing you to easily purchase tickets and watch games at one place.

Can I have multiple FLORBAL ID accounts with one e-mail address?
No, each FLORBAL ID account is linked to a unique e-mail address.
